I am a Registered Nurse turned Transformative Life and Career Coach for Women. I am also a mom to two beautiful girls, animal lover, travel hacker and endless toes in the sand kind of girl. I believe in cultivating joy and embracing every phase of life!

As soon as I had my oldest daughter I knew that the traditional nursing job with the 12 hour shifts was no longer going to be a fit for me. I spent the next 8 years battling through that, going in and out of different nursing jobs that tore me away from my family and didn’t feed my soul. I still wanted to serve and support people. I was on an endless job hunt looking for a way to find my purpose. Looking for a way to fill the part of me that was created to be out in the world supporting other humans. 

After a while I got beaten down, I felt stuck, I believed that I had to choose to be present as a mom to my kids OR have a career. Finally, I gave up the battle and became a full time stay at home mom. Yes that is absolutely ENOUGH, but I still felt a pull for more.

 I threw myself into life as a stay at home mom, but I was constantly trying to find the purpose that I was craving. No matter what I did, that small voice in my head was still pulling me to continue searching. There had to be something more, I was created to help people and I knew it in my bones. 

When nurse coaching first found me I was resistant. I didn’t really believe in holistic healing, I didn’t see myself as a creative person and certainly not as an entrepreneur. I spent about a month going through the motions learning about whole body healing and health but one click away from quitting. Then it happened. I got to support my first pro bono client and my world shifted. Suddenly, I knew my journey had always led to this moment and I knew this was my life's work. 

Since then I have been constantly pushing myself beyond my comfort zone, working through my own personal growth and upper limits. It has been exhilarating and I wouldn’t give it up for anything. Every time I get to witness the shift in someone. When you go from stuck and overwhelmed to fully alive and thriving is worth everything. I have the honor of creating a safe, judgment free zone so that other women can discover their purpose and build a life they are so passionate about!
